I wish I could always smile like this… everytime.

I read everywhere.. they say changes begin when we start admitting.. and then accepting. That is when we will start looking at the very little details.. of what holding us back from success, of what makes it a failure. Life sure is all about choices and changes.. and choices again.. and changes again. We are what we choose to be.. and ultimately we changes to what we choose to be.

Oh man! This Ajumma is My Inspiration.

24.03.12 – The day I finally officially registered in my new hangout place. De’ One Fitness.

27.03.12 – My first day personal training. Satu badan lenguh, especially bahagian tummy yang buncit macam orang beranak 10. euwww. Believe it or not, my starting weight is 75kgs. Fuh, seriously overweight especially since I started baking. Nom nom.

30.03.12 – My first day diy training. Now its all about me, my wants and ownself motivation. Nak buat buat, tak nak buat sudah!

06.04.12 – Timbang sendiri at the gym. Voilaaaa I am 4kgs lighter. Yeheeee. Happy. Oh, first time in history, I actually run on the treadmill instead of walking. Clap for Ann improvement.

08.04.12 – Finally the end of every women monthly suffering, super bad pms, I skip gym and eat a lot for this few days. Craving nothing but sweets, oat…euwwww! Maybe berat dah naik balik, so today evening I am gonna hit the treadmill till my leg want tercabut. Haha

Turn out, its only been 2 weeks since I started my 3 months azam.. The spirit is still up to the sky but its feel like forever. Mantain like this, I am looking forward for 20kgs loss by the end of my 3 months target.

Home sweet home. I can finally say that.

I want my room like this. Simple and practical. #google pic.

Been longing to have my own private place, now I have one. Yeay!

This room is very quiet, just me and my own sound. I hear the door outside open and close, but I can do nothing and just ignore them.

I have my freedom to decorate my place the way I want it to be.My home need a lot of grooming which I cannot afford now.

But all I have here is my treasure, no space for rubbish. Nobody can make a mess of my place.

Relieved.. its a wonderful place to be. Really feel like a home sweet home.
